Annual Subscriptions
If you subscribed to an annual Basic, Pro, or Enterprise subscription, you can cancel your subscription with a 30-day notice and receive a refund for the remainder of the annual term. For example, if you cancel your subscription 2 months into your annual term, you will receive a refund for 9 months.

​Monthly Subscriptions

In case you wish to cancel a monthly subscription, the subscription will be canceled at the end of the monthly term with no refund provided.
