In today's digital age, cyber attacks are rampant and pose a significant threat to both companies and individuals. A simple one-step sign-in process can make accounts more vulnerable. However, there is a reliable solution to combat this risk – Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). By enabling 2FA, an additional layer of security is added to safeguard sensitive data and accounts.

Without 2FA, a single password is the only defense against cyber attackers, making accounts susceptible to various forms of cybercrime. But with 2FA, businesses can substantially reduce the risk of account compromise and data breaches, providing protection to both company assets and users' personal information.

With 2FA in place, system admins must provide two different authentication factors to access their accounts. This makes it significantly more challenging for unauthorized individuals to gain access, even if they manage to obtain the password or mobile device to retrieve the PIN code.

To enable 2FA for Eloops admins, follow these simple steps:

1. Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen.

2. Select "My Account."

3. Click the "Click here to enable" button.

4. Scan the QR code with your authentication app (Google authenticator/Twilio Authy)

By following these steps, you'll enhance the security of your account and contribute to a safer digital environment for everyone. Stay protected with 2FA!
